RMR CAD Solutions — End User Licence Agreement

Please read this licence agreement carefully before purchasing or downloading any digital product from RMR CAD Solutions ("RMR", "we", "us").

1. Grant of Licence
Upon purchase, RMR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the purchased digital files ("the Product") for your own internal professional or commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and use the Product on up to 2 devices owned or controlled by you
• Use the Product to produce engineering drawings and models for your employer or clients
• Modify the Product for your own internal use

3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product to any third party
• Upload the Product to any shared network drive accessible by unlicensed users
• Remove, alter, or obscure any embedded licence identifiers, watermarks, or tracking code
• Use the Product as the basis for a competing product or service
• Transfer your licence to another individual or company

4. Licence Identification & Tracking
Each purchased Product is stamped with a unique Licence ID linked to your purchase. RMR reserves the right to monitor file usage to detect unauthorised redistribution. Suspicious activity (including use from multiple geographic locations or IP addresses) will trigger an automated alert and may result in licence revocation.

5. Intellectual Property
All Products remain the intellectual property of RMR CAD Solutions. Purchase grants a licence only — no ownership of intellectual property is transferred.

6. Breach & Termination
Any breach of this agreement will result in immediate licence revocation without refund. RMR reserves the right to pursue legal action for significant breaches including commercial redistribution.

7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
